RPM Services

Remote Patient Monitoring

Remote Patient Monitoring is a complete system for remote patient monitoring (RPM) that is easy enough for any patient to use right away with little training. We also want your healthcare organisation to be able to run your RPM programme on its own, but we know that might not be possible right away. That's why we have a team of nurses, medical assistants, project managers, and support specialists who work together to help you plan, start, and grow your patient monitoring venture.

About Us

Remote Onboarding of Patients

We first meet with you to discuss the goals of your RPM programme, set up patient access, share best practises, and set up your user inclusion/exclusion criteria. We also give you a recruitment script that you can use when you first reach out to people to tell them about the service.

Identification

We make a list of possible candidates who would be a good fit for your RPM programme based on the criteria that your team has set. Some of the factors could be the patient's health, the type of insurance they have, their age, and whether or not they are in other programmes like Chronic Care Management (CCM).

Recruiting

Patient recruitment is the part of the RPM onboarding process that often takes the most time. It involves reaching out to possible candidates and teaching them about the benefits of joining the programme. We will reach out to patients and follow up with them using the script and style you choose.

Setup

Our team sends devices that are already set up and work right out of the box. There is no need for an app, pairing, WiFi, or other setup. With our Patient Onboarding Service, we go above and beyond to make sure they feel welcome and help them through their first reading.

Billing

RPM Program has the potential to deliver up to 700K+ revenue per year for practices that have an average of 1k hypertension patients

Non-facility national average. Actual reimbursement varies by many factors including state and facility type.

Monitoring alerts regularly is one of the most important parts of RPM, and it's easy to give someone else this job once escalation rules have been set up. Our team of licenced, expertly-trained nurses in the U.S. handle our Alerts Management Service. They follow the guidelines for triage and escalation that were set up with your organisation during implementation.
